Refund Policy
At Prospectify, we are committed to delivering high-quality lead generation and virtual assistance services designed to support your business growth. Because our services are highly customized and tailored to each client’s unique needs, we do not generally offer refunds once services have commenced.
However, we recognize that satisfaction and trust are key. Therefore, we offer the following partial refund policy under specific conditions.
1. Service Agreement Term
- Clients may enter into a 6-month or 12-month service agreement.
- Services are billed and delivered according to the chosen term.
2. Minimum Commitment Period
- All clients are required to complete a minimum of 3 months of service before being eligible to discontinue.
- If services are discontinued within the first 3 months, no refund will be issued.
3. Partial Refund Eligibility
- After the initial 3-month period, if you choose to discontinue services, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion of your agreement.
- The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of full months remaining in your service term after the 3-month minimum has been completed.
Example:
- If you are on a 12-month plan and decide to discontinue after 5 months, you will receive a refund for the remaining 7 months.
- If you are on a 6-month plan and decide to discontinue after 4 months, you will receive a refund for the remaining 2 months.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@prospectify.org.
- Requests must clearly state the reason for discontinuation and must be submitted at least 7 business days before the start of the next billing cycle.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction reported within the first 3 months.
- Refunds are not available for add-on services, one-time fees, or setup costs.
- Change of mind does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

If at any point during your service term you experience concerns, our support team will work diligently to resolve issues and ensure that your experience with Prospectify aligns with your expectations.
